Colleen has the other girls ride at the trot and practice their dismounts and shows them the foot position desired for vaulting. Another sliding dismount is shown and she has the girls each approach the horse as It's trotting on the lunge.  She demonstrates how to quietly approach the horse and then concludes with talking about the advantages of vaulting.
