Part 1: Kim works with the riders on riding forward confidently. She helps a rider who tends to let her lower leg come forward by demonstrating to her how this is negatively impacting her balance. They work to push her heels down, sit deeper in the tack and flex at the knee and bring her heel behind the girth to create a more secure leg position. The group gets comfortable in the galloping positions while Kim offers feedback. They work down a line of fences, focusing on riding forward and avoiding motorcycle turns in favor of well executed turns.
