Part 4: Becky explains how she uses lateral work such as turn on the forehand, turn on the haunches, and leg yield as a check during her warm up to make sure she has her horses attention and to help them feel settled. They move on to working at the canter to create a forward and adjustable canter stride, using a similar exercise. The riders practice going from two point to full seat, without bringing their hands back and shortening the horses necks.
