Part 5: Allison explains that riders don't have to accept what horses offer, and can use their body to train them to give a better response. One example is not posting or sitting to a trot that is faster than desired. She explains the use of aids to create the gait or movement desired, and how every time they make a decision to accept things they didn't ask for from the horse, they are training them, consciously or not. Allison goes on to discuss her dial of roundness and building a rectangle with the hand, bit and reins.
