Part 2: Buck reminds a rider not to over ride his young horse, and to focus instead on clearing one fence, then pushing him to the next one. He acknowledges that the horses are young, but explains that they still need to be held accountable to move forward off the leg, and go where they are pointed. When the riders get consistent about reinforcing this, they are much more successful around the course. Buck recommends a softer bit to a riders whose horse isn't using their back and seems afraid of the hand.
