Ashley Holzer bounces training ideas back and forth with Michelle and discusses how a great warm-up is an art, talent and continual learning experience. Ashley challenges riders to warm-up both sides of the horse equally in suppleness, balance and connectivity of the seat, hands and legs. She said the most important thing is for riders to take the information from the warm-up ride and have it represented within the training part of the ride.
