Colleen has them return to the rising trot while rising with their chest first, then tailbone first to see how the horses move differently. She explains the importance of the rider being straight. While in the rising trot, she has them rise with their belly button to either the right or left ear of the horse to show how being crooked can affect the horse. One rider asks about leading with one shoulder, but Colleen helps by thinking of where the belly button points. They next go to the canter and count the head nods, and then change their body position and get a trot transition.
