During a break they talk about the kind of flexion this mare should be working for, and he points out that she is behind the aids. When they return to the trot, Mr. Hess points out that to be in front of the leg the mare must respond immediately. After a 10-meter circle in the corner they asked for a half pass in the trot, alternating with a shoulder in. When the mare runs, they perform a shoulder in to help. They end the session with flying changes.
