This riders goals are to improve the connection with her 5-year-old. She is the opposite of the first horse in the symposium in that she is not as forward. She has the rider use her legs and focus on keeping the horse in front of her. Adeline also instructs the rider to be more energetic in her own body in order to get the horse to be more energetic and up and forward.
