To end the session, Anne has each rider jump a complete course. Riders count strides out loud to help with rhythm and distance. Again, she wants riders to do as little as possible to avoid interfering with the horse. She finishes the session with a review of the day and stresses how riders need to be both mentally and physically strong to be successful.
