Riders work over a 2-foot-6 course, focusing on rider position, straightness, rhythm, and balanced turns. When another riders worries about finding the perfect distance, Margie encourages her to canter through the turn and allow the distance to show up. Two ponies work to leave out a stride to the last line and then regroup to jump a single oxer.
