Part 2: In Part 2 Gina introduces a more difficult exercise with a related bending line going down hill and jumping into a combination, which makes getting the correct line critical. The exercise quickly illustrates the riders issues. One rider works on having control of the horse's body and bend which allows her to jump successfully out of the combination. Another rider realizes she needs to be earlier with finding her line and turns. Gina reminds the riders to focus on the actual straightness between the two jumps, as well as the related straightness on the curving line. By doing this they adjust the horses stride on the curve and make the distance.
