Five-star eventer Buck Davidson works with a four-star pair getting back into shape for competition. They work on getting the horse to rock back on his haunches while the rider allows him to lengthen his neck and use his body over the fences. Davidson coaches the pair through a gymnastic line while working on rideability.
Buck is a five-star eventer who has competed at Badminton, Burghley, Kentucky, Maryland and Pau CCI5*-L events. He has represented the U.S. at two FEI World Equestrian Games™ and earned team gold and individual bronze at the 2011 Pan American Games. He runs BDJ Equestrian out of facilities in Ocala, Florida, and Unionville, Pennsylvania.
