Part 4: Jonathan creates a new challenging line of fences for the riders to jump, including the bank. He demonstrates first, using the successes and mistakes of his horse as teaching points. He explains his basic philosophy for cross-country is in a very responsible way, making sure riders enter all the complexes on the correct line with the correct balance on a straight horse, and that he feels cross-country rides best when you attack it, don't let it attack you. The riders practice this as they tackle the line of elements.
